  • Anne represented a wife in high-profile and complex financial proceedings in which the husband attempted to fraudulently conceal his legal interest in the family-home in a sham-trust arrangement with his father, that involved forged documents. • Anne successfully appealed a decision in relocation proceedings (“leave to remove”) thereby enabling her client and her three children to move overseas.
  • Anne successfully represented a father in court proceedings where a mother sought to move their three children to another part of the UK, a move which the father felt would impact upon their schooling and jeopardise his relationship with them.
  • Anne represented the mother of a child with profound autism in proceedings against her former husband in relation to the child’s medical treatment and her proposed home-schooling programme
