Tom has over 15 years of experience working in family law for a diverse range of clients, including leaders in business, the arts, and sports.
With a developed specialism in complex financial claims upon marriage breakdowns, Tom regularly drafts and advises on often pre-nuptial agreements with an international or novel element. Tom is phenomenal at working with couples or families seeking to agree on sensible financial arrangements in advance.
Tom has a wealth of experience resolving disputes concerning the care of their children, from standard arrangements regarding living locations to more complex cases where a child’s welfare may be at risk.
Tom studied law at the London School of Economics and spent 10 years at leading City firm Charles Russell Speechlys before joining Vaitilingam Kay in 2018. He is a member of Resolution and in 2020 achieved the professional accolade of being ranked in Chambers.
